Please read carefully before placing your order.
All items are printed and produced specifically for you once an order is placed.
For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product
Buyer’s remorse
Minor color variation due to screen differences
We strongly encourage you to review size charts and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect (wrong item received)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will:
Send a free replacement, or
Issue a refund (at our discretion)
You will not be required to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.
If your tracking shows no delivery or the package appears lost, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Failure to collect the package
We can reship the item once updated shipping fees are paid.
Orders begin processing quickly after being placed.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Certain items (such as promotional products or discounted items) may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for refund or replacement unless defective.
